Promotions Intern ~ Seeking outgoing aspiring socialites who enjoys being in the scene and expand their network in the NYC entertainment and nightlife scene. Interns must be sociable, stylish, and have a knack with people. Among other things, interns main responsibility will be the promotion of NYC concerts, and all special events. Alongside this, intern will be required to do some blogging, street team work, and social media marketing.
Marketing Intern ~ Develop and execute marketing initiatives to recruit and retain large brand clients both domestically and internationally. Contribute to overall marketing team performance by providing innovative ways to grow our brand and clients brand. Perform market research on industry trends, events, advertising and speaking opportunities for CEO. Assist CEO with presentations to sponsors. Research and book travel and accommodations for meetings for CEO. Assist in planning company events .Establish industry contacts for the company
Event Planning Interns ~ MUST be a people person and enjoy speaking on the phone.Very Strong phone skills, contacts in marketing, advertising & more. Ability to reach out to contacts and book parties and events. MUST have amazing follow-up skills and someone who can juggle multiple tasks. Strong phone and Sales skills are extremely important!! Ability to work fast and efficiently. Enjoy working with people. Booking all types of events, dinner parties, birthdays, VIP tables, corporate events, listening parties, youth events etc.
