Davida Gilchrest, is the CEO of 4Real Entertainment / CEO/Founder of "KCS" (Keeping Communities Safe) Youth Mentoring Program and owner of Davelli Hair spa Davida Gilchrest served as the Business Manager/Marketing Manager for Prestige Entertainment, currently known as Victory2MultiMedia, where she prepared/implemented marketing plans and secured funds from the public sectors in collaboration with the President/CEO. At Prestige, Davida Gilchrest established influential contacts with whom she maintains a strong relationship, such as Megga 97.9, HBO, El Diario, Coca-Cola, Madison Square Garden, MTV and numerous celebrities in the Rhythm and Blues, Latino and Pop Industry. Davida Gilchrest not only started 4Real Entertainment in 1999, but also maintained a full-time position at IBM Corporation as a Senior Executive Assistant in Global Financing and the HR Strategy division managing calendars for high-level executives. Davida Gilchrest has always had diverse interests in communications/marketing, public speaking, and music, displaying her talents through writing numerous original R&B songs, and poetry, dancing in The Kiss FM Master Mix Show and coming in as 4th runner-up in the 2001 Miss New York State Pageant. She also appeared in a Braid hair magazine in 1999. During her free time, she enjoys motivational speaking/teaching and mentoring, which led to the creation of "KCS"(Keeping Communities Safe) Youth Mentoring Program. Through the program of which Davida Gilchrest is also President/Founder. She speaks with the youth in the community on important issues such as gang prevention, substance abuse, teenage pregnancy, hygiene, self-esteem, respecting authority, incarceration, insecurity, envy and much more. Davida Gilchrest worked with youth at the Peekskill Youth Bureau, Yonkers School District as the Site Director for Positive Futures Academy after School Program for the Nepperhan Community Center, and was Area Director for the Peekskill Community Action Program and continues to further her education holding an Associates of Arts in Business, Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management an MBA from The University of Phoenix and currently enrolled in the Doctoral of Philosophy in Human Behavior with a Specialization in General Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, at Capella. Certified in suicide prevention, Early Intervention and worked as a Drug Safety Specialist for clients with Multiple Sclerosis. Experienced as a Residency Coordinator at Westchester Medical Center in the Anesthesia Department and worked in the OR/ Preoperative division. Youth Counselor/Advocate and Domestic Violence Advocate/Counselor. Davida has worked with the homeless and HIV population. Davida Gilchrest has also done paralegal work in Personal Injury Criminal Law, Immigration Law, and Real Estate. Davida Gilchrest is a faithful member of Greater Centennial A.M.E. Zion Church, a Board Member of the Martin Luther King Institute, a member of the fundraising committee, a loving mother, a hard-working entrepreneur, and a savvy businesswoman. Her trials have made her stronger and wiser, ready to tackle life's obstacles head-on. She epitomizes "A True Proverbs 31 Woman.
